What do we need to start?
There are some technical aspects for which we will need your cooperation.
HOSTING
We will need your hosting data in order to create the website, but if you don’t have it, you can always ask for our help.
DOMAIN
If you already own the domain, we will need it to associate it with the site we will create, otherwise ask for our orientation.
TEXT
Since you are the expert in your sector we need you create the text. We can always help you to structure and insert smart keywords.
IMAGES
Images and photos which belong to your business, will be needed to be able to insert it at the time of graphic creation.
BRAND IDENTITY
Logo, company colors, illustrations and web icons. If you need your branding identity, we can help with our design service.
PRODUCTS AND COURSES
You can choose to upload the files or request our help, providing us with all the data such as videos, cards, PDFs, images, descriptions.

How long is the waiting for my website?
The delivering time is relative to the complexity of the project. We’re going to do a time projection once we define webdesign after the consecutive drafts.
When do I have to deliver the technical data?
We need to start your domain and a hosting plan compatible with the platfroms we work. This must be delivered when we define that we work together.
Can I cancel the project at any time?
To start the project you’ll give us in advance the 50% of the final cost. In the case you decide to cancel the project the money paid will be retained as penalty.
Do you provide client support?
Since we’re working as a team you’ll count with us at any moment you’d need help. If we’re busy we’ll contact you as soon as possible for advice or orientation.
